After taking the horrible Achievement Test (CATS test as most call it) I found out that there must be an end to this torture
being forced upon today's students. That is why I have started the TIAC. To stop Achievement testing and to bring joy to students
everywhere!
Our Mission
Testing is very hazardous to the health of today's students. Students are not used to thinking as hard as before when testing
was fun to students, now its a chore and a burden. Testing can cause a disease known as "Bubbletitus" where the
student builds up a fear of answer bubbles. The way to tell if a student has "Bubbletitus" is if the student runs
away from tests (other than the Achievement test) with bubble answers screaming, "ITS BACK!!" Many students have
also been known to ask the teacher numerous times through the course of a test if "the bubble is dark enough" or
if the "bubble too dark". Many students suffering from this sever illness also fear #2 pencils and only use #3 pencils
on tests. When the student becomes older Bubbletitus goes with them. Many adults with Bubbletitus are being treated with therapy
and counseling but no cure has been found for Bubbletitus. Many other disease are caused by Achievement testing: Crazy Student
Syndrome, Pullinouthairtitus, Downwithtestingtitus, Whymetitusm and many others. Students are being forced into these disease,
we must stop this now before all the adults in America suffer from Whymetitus.
Testing time should be put to better
use. Why should these students sit in a classroom testing when they could be enjoying the fresh air?! Alternatives to testing
are napping, traveling, driving, baking, bungijumping, hang-gliding, surfing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, bear hunting, reading
magazines, getting your nails done, getting your hair done, walking you dog, buying clothes, buying shoes, buying paper, buying
dog clothes, buying cheese. And many other things could be used in our students testing time. Many things can be done instead
of taking horrible Achievement tests. So help us in the prevention of Achievement tests, help us save the minds of our students.
